Business Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help grow our business. An ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong networking skills, and work well with our technical leadership team to identify and close new opportunities that align with our consultants and business offerings. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating interest and inquires, to closing the deal and signing off an engagement. A successful applicant will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and inspired by the opportunity to shape the future of our start-up.

To be seriously considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Business Development Professional with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the consulting or software/technology sector
  • A good understanding of the business value of cloud technologies (ideally Microsoft Azure), application development, data analytics, and agile practices, and be able to communicate these to technical and non-technical professionals.
  • The ability to build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with our customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills to be able to adapt and respond to customers.
  • Have a growth mindset and a winning attitude.
